THOUGHFUL
THURSDAYS
Thursday's are known as our day of reflection. Whether participants decide to journal, meditate, or experience the healing vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, we provide space for individuals to restore balance and maintain mental clarity.
INTERNATIONAL MISSION
In 2021, through our partner Ursula Bowman, we began providing strategic support to help improve the living standards in a remote rural village in the Choco region of Colombia.
This region is comprised of the largest Afro-Colombian population in the country. The region is plagued by a 65% unemployment rate, and receives little to no assistance from the Colombian Government.
HOLIDAY ANGEL & SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE
Ensuring that no child is left without a Christmas gift or school supplies to begin a new academic year is one of our most volunteer driven and supported projects. Each year we give hundreds of supplies and gifts to the youth that comprise the Franconia-Mt.Vernon communities.
