Yolonda Earl-Thompson is a community healer and civic engagement advocate. She assumed the role of Executive Director in 2020 following the untimely death of her father, and co-founder of LAZERA Ministries, Rev. Dr. Lee A. Earl.

She utilizes her passion, diverse community engagement experience, and interpersonal skills to provide assistance to individuals and families adversely impacted by abuse, trauma, and systemic marginalization.

Yolonda's mission in leading LAZERA Ministries is to connect her community to resources and opportunities they need to unlock the essence of who they are, while motivating them to lead healthy well-balanced lives.
